So, I’m two days late on posting this, but it’s too important to NOT post about it! I’ve been so busy trying to catch up with @templetonsilver orders from the coronavirus lockdown now that all of my vendors are finally open or partially open. We are filling things as fast as we can. 😘

June 7th was National Cancer Survivor’s Day and as a TWO TIME CANCER survivor, it’s a great thing to celebrate! 👯‍♀️
.
Uterine cancer took away the possibility of me ever being able to carry a child.
.
My husband and I had major trouble trying to get pregnant. When we finally went to see a fertility doctor, it was there they discovered that a fibroid was blocking 90% of my uterus. When he and my OBGYN went in to cut it out, they found a small polyp on my uterus that was cancerous. To say I was floored is an understatement. Fast forward a year of meds and three month biopsies, the cancer was FINALLY gone for good. No signs of hyperplasia or early cancer cells. We were pumped and ready to start the IVF process again.

Before I was to begin all the hormones again, I had this feeling I needed to get one more biopsy. It had been almost three months since my last ONE. The results of that last and final biopsy forever changed our lives. That cancer had come back FAST and AGGRESSIVE and three weeks later I had to have a full hysterectomy. Ovaries, cervix, uterus. Everything. That also caused me to go into surgical menopause #goodtimes (gotta love hot flashes at a young age lol).
.
It’s NOT lost on me how lucky I am! Had we not been trying to have a baby, I don’t know if I’d ever have found out that I had the c word. So, wherever this sweet baby is, he or she has saved my life. It's a long road to adopt and even longer for surrogacy but we haven't given up.
.
Jay has been by my side through it all. Unwavering and supportive. There are sad days of course, but the good days ALWAYS outweigh those days that get me down.
.
I love the way one of my other friends who is a cancer survivor summed up the day, "Cheers to everyone that’s a member of the best worst club they never signed up for." ❤️😘🍷
.
And my prayers are forever with those who are currently fighting cancer and those who lost

Knock Knock! Who’s there? No one. Literally no one but Jay and our two cats 😂 This coronavirus is for the birds and I’m hoping and praying that it all ends soon and that everyone is staying safe and healthy.
.
I don’t know about yall, but my outfits have consisted of yoga pants, yoga pants and yes. You guessed it. Yoga pants! And, just like that meme, not one pair of them has seen any yoga. I think I’ve put on “real” pants one maybe two times in the past month.
.
So, I decided I needed to up my yoga pants game since I’ve been doing a lot of grabbing whatever is most comfortable. I actually have gotten a lot of work done being stuck at home, but it’s been less than glamourous. It’s been all about comfort, and I’m A-Okay with that.
.
I found eleven awesome pair of lounge “workout” pants on amazon and thought I’d share with yall. Hey, if you can at least be comfortable during all of this, maybe it will help. If even for a tiny little bit. Almost all of them come in a bunch of different colors and prints. Head to stories to swipe up and check them out ❤️🙌👯‍♀️

How is everyone doing? I know that with all this craziness going on and all the uncertainty, everyone is stressed and tense.
.
I’ve been trying to remain super positive, get fresh air, and not stay glued to the news every day. (Wine has helped, too 🍷😘)!
.
I also spent a couple of days scouring the internet for some fun ideas and things to keep you and the kids busy.
.
