Well, here we are! A week until Halloween (how crazy is that)? This year flew by! But, I digress. This time of year is my absolute favorite and starting October 1st I get in holiday mode.
I know life is busy and there’s always a list to do of ALL THE THINGS. So, if you haven’t had a chance to get a costume for your little one (or you), you’re in luck! As of the time I wrote this post, there was still time to get it ordered and delivered straight to your door by Halloween.
Let’s chat about dressing up for Halloween, shall we? I absolutely LOVE to do it. I’ve gone as Mary Katherine Gallagher, The Spartan Cheerleaders and one year jay and I dressed up as a corn dog. Yes, he was a dog, and I was a piece of corn.
It was hilarious, super itchy and really hot. I got palm fronds from palm trees to be the husk and glued corn kernels (one by one š) to a bald cap. It took forever but it really was funny.
Anywho….I know most of us don’t have that kind of time now and I’m here to help. I went a different route for moms. Instead of stressing out about a costume or what to wear, how about just a cute Halloween dress and channel your inner Wednesday Addams. I actually think some of these are “kind of” cute.
